Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AMDM Holdings LLC (“AMDM”, “we”) handles information collected through this website (amdmfreight.com), the AMDM Connect platform, email, and our transportation services.

Information we collect

• Contact and quote requests: name, company, business email, phone, pickup and delivery locations and contacts, freight details and any files you upload.
• Shipment records: booking details, status events, delivery documents, receiver names and signatures, and delivery photos.
• Driver location: GPS positions from the assigned driver’s phone, collected only while a tracking session is active for a shipment.
• Billing records: invoices, payment amounts, dates and references. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
• Technical data: basic server logs kept by our hosting provider. The public website does not use advertising cookies.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, book and perform transportation, provide shipment tracking and delivery documentation, invoice and collect payment, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and protect our systems against abuse.

Tracking links

Customer tracking links are unique to one shipment, expire after delivery, and can be revoked. They show the last reported position for that shipment only and never show a driver’s location outside an active shipment.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to perform services (for example with the shipper, receiver or broker on a load), with service providers that host our website, systems and email (our site runs on WordPress hosted by Hostinger) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep records for as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, tax and claims requirements. GPS position history is deleted on a configured schedule. Contact inquiries that do not become business are deleted after a configured period.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, access is limited by role, administrator accounts require two-step verification, and sensitive integration credentials are encrypted.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information about you, subject to records we must keep. Contact operations@amdmfreight.com.
